Occupied Staging and Design...

$250 - IN-HOME CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT

In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the best price possible!

  • We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • Next, we will meet at  your home, and using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and evaluate rooms, where I will suggest staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers.  This will give you a detailed to-do list to complete before listing photos are taken.  I love to be there for the actual staging day - if you would like help then, please see the additional options below...
  • This detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"
  • Should we decide on the need for a few additional staging items, I will provide a detailed shopping list (and show you some examples).  I also offer a shopping service if you would prefer me to shop for you.

$450 - 4-HOUR POWER STAGING

This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to stage the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $65 hourly rate)

$750 -  FULL DAY TRANSFORMATION

Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $65 hourly rate)

SHOPPING SERVICES AND TRADE DISCOUNTS

Remember that we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, as well as get a "to the trade" discount at many places!

VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS

Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and here is where we shine!  We provide options that other staging companies do not...

  • Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget
  • We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love"

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)

WARNING - Not all vacant staging is equal!

Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
